Kingmaico: Terms & Conditions

• The hourly rate is €65 excluding 21% VAT.
• Upon completion of a project the customer receives an invoice. Payment is due 14 days after the invoice date
• If payment is not received after 14 days, the customer will receive a reminder
• If payment is not received after 30 days, the amount will be increased with the statutory interest rate according to EU legislation
• Warranty: A month warranty is given on new websites, extentions or alterations of an existing website unless a third party has been involved to make changes to the website. If a third party has been involved to make changes to the website, the warranty is void. In such case, repair work will be invoiced based on the current hourly rate.
• Warranty does not apply if your website is hacked. The owner of the website is responsible for ensuring timely updates and other security measures to protect the website against hackers.
• Support and advice, either by phone, email or in person, will be invoiced based on the current hourly rate. In case the support or advice leads to a commission, the amount will be deducted from the invoice for the commission.
